The Alice C. Tyler Nanofabrication Facility houses the Helios Dual Beam - Focused Ion Beam (DB-FIB) microscope. Typical applications include site specific preparation of cross sections for high resolution SEM and TEM analysis, deposition of metal contacts to devices, and SEM and Ion beam imaging of substrates.
