The photolithography lab features a humidity controlled environment (40%) with wavelength specific yellow lighting. The lab has three programmable spin coaters, four programmable digital hot plates, two ovens, and two OAI mask aligners (4 inch wafer compatible). The lab is utilized as both a teaching and research facility year-round.
