E-beam lithography houses the Zeiss Ultra 55 SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) used in electron beam lithography, high resolution SEM imaging and elemental analysis. Capabilities include field emission electron beam source with 1nm SEM imaging resolution, large capacity chamber, and a 5-axes stage able to view and/or write an entire 4" wafer.
