Foundation of analytical spaces was poured directly on Eugene Formation bedrock, which results in a drastic reduction of the vibration level requirement for nano-technology by a factor of two to four. Also, special precautions were taken to reduce HVAC vibration and air flow by using large cross section round ducting and low flow diffusers.
