The electrical characterization laboratory houses instrumentation for the inspection and analysis of solid-sate materials, surfaces, and thin films. Instrumentation includes 4-point probe stations, mulit-point probe stations, source/measurement units, wire bonders, solar simulator, and optical microscopes with polarizers and transmitted/reflected light capabilities.
